The MMDA Urinals along the elliptic road near the Quezon City hall and Kalayaan Avenue. It is closed to the public by the sidewalk vendors by covering its entrance by a cartoon. It is also used by the sidewalk as the display wall. The vendor who positioned on its front is selling herbal medicines.
While the other urinals in Quezon City emit bad odor caused by the unwashed urine on its funnel, this urinal simply became a decoration on the sidewalk of the elliptical road.
